Unclaimed Property at Tan Tock Seng Hospital

Thanks to our foreign correspondent Paula McCoy in Singapore, we can now provide the names of former patients of Tan Tock Seng Hospital who have unclaimed properties due to them.

If your name appears on the following list please contact webmaster@missingfortunes.com to cross reference your identification number.

To claim the properties, please come down personally to:

Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Admission Office at Level 1
Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm
Saturday – 9am to 2pm

Document(s) to bring along are:

1. Claimant’s NRIC and proof of relationship to the patient.
2. If the patient has passed away, please bring a copy of the death certificate.
3. Letter of authorisation, signed by the patient, if he/she is unable to come personally. To bring along the patient’s NRIC/passport and the claimant’s NRIC/passport.
4. Certifying memorandum from doctor if the patient cannot make the decision.
